"Our dreams have come true!"

The service was excellent! Tina was always there to respond to my e-mails with my concerns or worries. We were guided by Tina and she did “damage control” when needed. We were treated with respect and honesty at all times. For us the process was very quick. We also liked having an out-of-state adoption as Pennsylvania’s laws were not as “adoption-friendly” as other states. I like that Tina and her staff were professional, yet treated us like the vulnerable people we were – with understanding and compassion. I appreciated the counseling I got and the access to Tina at all times via e-mail or phone. We were misguided by an international adoption agency and were very reluctant to trust another adoption professional. We felt the need to try and control things and we got overbearing at times. Tina calmed us down. She always gave us the facts as they were and her experienced opinions. In the end, we were blessed with the child that was meant to be ours. We are already thinking about adoption number two and we will just let Tina do her job while we relax with our beautiful daughter. Our dreams have come true!
